At Fitness4All, we provide an excellent personal training service. This starts with an initial consultation to determine where you are at on your personal fitness journey. We measure your strengths and weaknesses with various fitness assessments tools. From this information, we will draw up a bespoke fitness plan, setting achievable but challenging goals. We can also educate you in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines. We guide you through the process, with regular agreed check-ins to evaluate and assess your progress.
Personal Training is for anyone. If you are completely new to fitness or have become disillusioned with gyms workouts, we use our vast experience and expertise to infuse you with enthusiasm and put you on a new path.
