⏱40 sec work/20 sec rest
🔁 workout 1-10 and back again 10-1 on second round.
1️⃣ inchworm switchcline
2️⃣ squat elbow tuck
3️⃣ plank pull shoulder taps
4️⃣ lunge jumps squat
5️⃣ 10 fast feet 1 burpee
6️⃣ side lunge jump (20sec each)
7️⃣ high knee run
8️⃣ inchworm with push-up
9️⃣ 4 jumping jacks 1 star jump
