Low Impact Aerobics (Sept. to May)
This class is a mix of low-impact aerobic exercises combined with strength training. We incorporate resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to target the body in different ways for a successful low-impact workout. We also incorporate Pilates-based moves to improve your overall core strength.
This is a fantastic class for those of you who are new to exercise or for those back from a break in their exercise regime. It is also really suitable for anyone with joint issues and are unable to do high-impact workouts. It is really beneficial for clients who want to lose weight and tone up.
The exercises incorporated into the class varies from week to week, thus it targets and challenges your body in a different way each time.
