Kettlebell/TRX Suspension Training
Kettlebells are cast iron weights, ranging from 2.5kg upwards, shaped like a ball with a handle for easy gripping. Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. TRX Suspension Training uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
