Running Training

As an experienced athlete herself, Miriam puts you through your paces and helps you to be the best runner you can be. She knows what it is like to be go from complete beginner to marathon runner, and uses her years of experience to coach you through your training. In these sessions, she’ll take you through warm-ups, cool downs, postural analysis, running technique, drills, hill training, strength training and speed work. The beginners training starts in September and continues all year round, with the focus on training for the famous Warriors Run at the end of August.
