We are Miriam & Aileen and we are passionate about fitness.

Our gym and classes are in the beautiful coastal town of Strandhill.

Come along if you want to work out in a fun and relaxing environment with fully qualified instructors.

 

Welcome to Fitness4All, where we believe that getting fit and being active should be accessible to everyone.  All our group classes are inclusive and we encourage and help our clients to work within their own abilities.   We are based in Strandhill, Co. Sligo and whenever possible we take our classes outside, enjoying the stunning backdrop of Knocknarea and the surrounding landscape.

We have classes that will get your heart pumping such as TRX, Kettlebells and Spin/Circuits and less intensive programs such as Pilates and Low Impact Aerobics.  We have classes tailored to senior groups that compensate for immobility and health issues such as Functional Movement.

We host Active Children’s Camps during the school holidays, providing a wide range of fun activities and games for your child, with the emphasis on movement and fun. We also host Children’s Birthday Parties all year round. We provide a Personal Training service, where we carry out Fitness & BMI assessments and produce tailored plans to suit your needs.  We also offer group and individual training for clients with physical and intellectual disabilities.

We believe in living a healthy and happy life through an active fitness regime.  We love our local community and are actively involved in events in Strandhill and throughout Sligo.  Our ethos at Fitness4All is about fitness being fun, accessible and inclusive. Our classes are tailored to suit all levels of fitness, as wherever you are in your own journey, the benefits of setting reasonable and achievable fitness goals, and then meeting them, is immeasurable.
